The Dungeon Keeper 2 Elite creatures compared against their original counterparts in terms of appearance. How Do I Know A Creature Is An Elite?It is pretty easy to recognize an elite as when they enter through a portal a trumpetting sound announces their presence along with the announcement that, "A new species of creature has entered your dungeon". Furthermore, they look quite different than their counterparts, often having the color blue associated with them. They also have unique names, which hover above their hard rather than the creature-type name. Dungeon Keeper 2 Elite FlyName: Bzzzt Description: The elite fly is very much like the normal fly, except stronger and also has a blue-ish appearance. Beyond that, it is identical.
Dungeon Keeper 2 Elite GoblinName: Grubb Description: The elite goblin is a significant step up from the normal goblin in that it can simply take a lot more hits, even going toe to toe with a black knight for a while. Appearance wise it wears armor and has a golden blade with a blue helmet.
Dungeon Keeper 2 Elite WarlockName: Almeric Description: While a powerful creature, the elite warlock is a little disappointing in that it does not seem to particularly research faster. Appearance wise, it is older than the warlocks and has red color clothing.
Dungeon Keeper 2 Elite TrollName: Knud Description: Much like the elite warlock, the elite troll does not particularly help out in the workshop when compared to its counterparts, but is significantly stronger than them. Where it can be useful is in disabling traps, as the mixture of the trolls ability to spot traps with. Appearance wise, it is basically and older and lighter troll.
Dungeon Keeper 2 Elite RogueName: Gervaise Description: The elite rogue is a really good unit in that a stronger rogue can sneak about the map and cause quite a lot of damage to the enemy. Appearance wise, it looks much like a rogue but with more clothing and a ninja mask.
Dungeon Keeper 2 Elite Bile DemonName: Bloz Description: The elite bile demon is basically the same as the normal bile demon, except it has golden morning stars attached to its horns as well as red eyes. Behavior wise, it is just a stronger bile demon.
Dungeon Keeper 2 Elite Dark ElfName: Zenobia Description: The elite dark elf is the same as normal dark elves, just stronger. She also has a more pleasant appearance with blonde hair atop her head.
Dungeon Keeper 2 Elite SkeletonName: Bane Description: The elite skeleton is quite different to the normal skeleton in that it requires pay and also a lair. Other than that, it is simply a strong skeleton. In terms of appearance, it has an older look about it as well as seeming like royalty, perhaps the skeleton of an old king.
Dungeon Keeper 2 Elite Dark MistressName: Dominique Description: The elite mistress is much like other elite units, but stronger and significantly faster. The speed really gives her an advantage, making her a fantastic small unit killer. Set her against a bunch of imps and the enemy will lose many of them. Appearance wise, she has a blue helm and wears less clothing than the others.
Dungeon Keeper 2 Elite VampireName: Kessler Van Doom Description: The elite vampire is identical in behavior to the normal vampire, but stronger. Appearance wise, he wears a purple cloak and has his hair in a widows peak.
Dungeon Keeper 2 Elite Black KnightName: Kaleb Description: The elite black knight is just a stronger version of the normal black knight. Appearance wise, he has blue armor rather than grey.
Dungeon Keeper 2 Elite Dark AngelName: Zachariah Description: The elite dark angel is much the same as the normal dark angel, but stronger and faster. Appearance wise, he has a beak and more bird-like visage, with blood soaking into he base of his wings and a dark vest on.
